Nancy was amazing! She helped us navigate the purchase of a home in Corning from across the country. She made herself available on short notice when I flew in for a weekend to view houses. When I retired and moved back south I insisted on utilizing Nancy again to help sell the same house based on my experience with her. She not only helped me buy and sell the same house but helped me with repairman/painter recommendations along the way. She communicates well and often when working to buy or sell a house. She answers the phone no matter what day or time I called. She is always available and returns calls promptly
She is very knowledgeable about the process, houses in the area, and information about those houses. She is thorough and does what she says she will do plus some every time. She is an execution master. I would have loved to have an engineering organization full of people like Nancy. She knows how to get things done.
I got to know her a bit over the last 16 years and she is very consistent in her actions. This often gave me a sense of calm during the buy/sell process knowing she will deliver what she needs to deliver to help us through the process and I don't have to worry about it. She is honest and frank and will tell me when I "might consider another line of thought" on any given topic. I appreciate that a great deal. She is a straight shooter, concise, and to the point. I trust her. The list could go on for a page or more but I think that is enough to communicate my thoughts.
